TERMS of service
1.) GENERAL TERMS:

Once I have emailed you back to confirm your commission request, please provide a detailed description or reference images you'd like to be used.

Listed prices are base prices and may increase due to additions or complexity.

Additional characters will incur an additional fee of $5.
-
Complicated/detailed backgrounds will incur an additional fee of $10.
-
I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
-
I own all rights to the commissioned work.

I am allowed to post the commission on social media and include it in my portfolio.
2.) PAYMENT:

Payment is via PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo.

Commissions can be paid 100% or 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% paid after the sketch is approved.

A payment MUST be made before I can start working.
3.) REVISIONS:
-
(3) Major/ minor revisions will be allowed during the sketching & lineart stages; exceeding this will incur an additional $5 fee per revision.

(3) Minor revisions will be allowed in the finished piece; any major revisions or changes exceeding the limit will incur an additional fee of $10.
4.) process:
-
Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch for your review to approve or make changes before I proceed to finish the artwork.

Once I receive confirmation to continue working, I will continue to send progress images.

Completion of the commission can vary from 1 week (min) to 1 month (Max), depending on outside factors.

If there are any delays with the commission, I will let you know.

Rushed Commissions will cost 25% or more from the base price, depending on TAT (turnaround time).

Once the commission is complete, I will send you the full-res .png and .jpeg images.
5.) Cancellation & refunds

If I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel your commission BEFORE I send the sketch, then you will receive a full refund.

If you cancel the commission after I've sent the sketch, you will receive a partial refund. (I will only keep 25% of the total cost).
6.) Usage:
-
My work is prohibited from being used for AI or NFTs.
-
Reposting and sharing the artwork is fine as long as you give credit.

My work is made for personal usage only.
By commissioning me, you have properly read, understood, and AGREE to the terms listed above.
