TERMS of service

Please provide a detailed description or your commission. Once I've accepted your request you can email me any reference images you'd like to be used.
Listed prices are the base price and may increase depending on additions or complexity.
Complicated backgrounds will be an extra fee of $5, and additional characters will be an extra fee of $5 per character.
I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
I own all rights to the commissioned work.
I am allowed to post the commission on social media and include it in my portfolio.

Payment is via PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo.
Commissions can be paid 100% or 50% upfront, with the remaining 50% paid after the sketch is approved.
A payment MUST be made before I can start working.

Upon starting, I will send progress images of the sketch for your review to approve or make revisions before I proceed to finish the artwork.
Once I receive confirmation to continue working, I will continue to send progress images.
Completion of the commission can vary from 1 week (min) to 1 month (Max), depending on outside factors.
If there are delays with the commission, I will communicate that to you.
Commissions requested to be done within a specific time frame will cost an extra fee of $10.
Once the commission is complete, I will send you the full-res .png and .jpeg images.

If I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel your commission BEFORE I send the sketch, then you will receive a full refund.
If you cancel the commission after I've sent the sketch, you will receive a partial refund. (I will only keep 25% of the total cost).

My work is prohibited from being used for AI or NFTs.
Reposting and sharing the artwork is fine as long as you give credit @silverdragon_manga.
My work is made for personal usage only.
